Information contains in this website is intended for Malaysian of legal age 18 and above. To sign-up for Yaloa account and to purchase a Yaloa Deal, you warrant that you are of legal age 18 and above.


Yaloa is a website that aggregate deals from other online group buying sites to provide our users a complete and latest deals available in the market. These deals featured are not offered by Yaloa but by respective online buying companies, such as Groupon, Mydeals, Jackcow etc. All information highlighted in Yaloa website are extracted accordingly from these online buying sites and users are re-directed to these respective online buying site for more detail and ultimately purchasing action. Yaloa does not ask for or store user’s contact information. Any purchases referred through Yaloa website are actually conducted in respective online buying sites, including purchasing order, payment and delivery options etc, thus, form a contract between the user and the respective online buying sites. Yaloa service is merely providing an advertising platform to promote these deals and shall not be responsible for any purchases made between the user and the online buying companies. Any dispute or claims pertaining to these offers are to be resolved with respective buying companies.

Yaloa Deals

Yaloa Deals are offers put forward by Yalao, which Yalao has a contractual agreement with merchants to offer to Yaloa Users. To take advantage of Yaloa Deals, users are required to sign-up as Yaloa Member and provide accurate, contactable information to facilitate any purchase of Yaloa Deals. Yaloa members will be able to access Yaloa member areas where users are able to track recorded purchases of Yaloa Deal as well as editing / updating contact information.

Yaloa contractual agreement with merchants is solely for providing the marketing service and Yaloa website as a platform to reach out to the public. Yaloa does not act as agent for the merchant. Merchant is responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to that sale/supply. For example, where a Voucher Product includes the sale/supply of travel services and/or arranges for another person a right of passage, the supply of services and/or arrangements is made by the Merchant and not by us, and the Merchant is responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to the travel services/right of passage.

Registering / Signing up Yaloa Account

You do not need to register for a Yaloa Account if you do not intend to purchase a Yaloa Deal. Third Parties Deals highlight by Yaloa are not Yaloa Deal, and purchase of these deals will see you re-directed to respective deal sites.

You must provide complete, accurate and up to date information when registering for a Yaloa Account. We reserve the right to suspend and terminate a Yaloa account if we suspect this account has been used for fraudulent activities, or seen to be using proxy IP (Internet Protocol address) in order to attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts, or disrupts Yaloa Service in any way.

Third Party Content

Yaloa is a distributor (and not a publisher) of content supplied by third parties and End Users. As such has no editorial control over such content. Any opinions, advice, statements, services, claims, proof, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by third parties, including information providers, or any other end users are those of the respective author(s) or distributor(s) and not of Yaloa.

In many instances, the content available through this Site represents the opinions and judgments of the respective information provider, end user, or other user not under contract with Yaloa. Yaloa neither endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made on Yaloa by anyone other than authorized Yaloa employee spokespersons while acting in official capacities. Under no circumstances will Yaloa be liable for any loss or damage caused by an end user's reliance on information obtained through Yaloa. It is the responsibility of End User to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, opinion, advice, etc., or other content available through Yaloa.

Yaloa contains links to third-party websites maintained by other content providers. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Yaloa of the contents on such third-party sites, and Yaloa hereby expressly disclaims any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third-party websites. If End User decides to access linked third-party websites, End User does so at its own risk. Unless you have executed a written agreement with Yaloa expressly permitting you to do so, you may not provide a hyperlink to the Site or any Microsite from any other website. Yaloa reserves the right to revoke its consent to any link at any time in its sole discretion.

Voucher General Term of use

  • e-Vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or any services, promotions or other goods other then that stated
  • No replacements or extension will be given for expired e-Vouchers
  • One e-Voucher is generally valid for one person only
  • e-Vouchers are to be presented upon redemption for verification purposes
  • For Product DEALs, customers must sign and acknowledge for received item and must report to Yaloa if product are defective within 3 days from date of receipt.
  • For Travel DEALs, please ensure that passport has a validity of at least 6 months during your travel period
  • For Beauty & F&B DEALs, prior reservation is strictly required
  • All bookings/reservations are subject to availability and confirmation; on a first come first served basis
  • Neither Yaloa nor the merchant is responsible for lost or stolen vouchers or voucher reference numbers
  • Neither Yaloa nor the merchant is responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items upon delivery
  • Management reserves the right to make changes without prior notice

Refund Policy

In certain circumstances you will be entitled to a refund:

a) The Merchant goes into liquidation – If a merchant goes into liquidation during the validity period of a voucher and cannot provide the good or service as advertised, then a refund will be provided.
b) The Merchant fails to provide the goods or services - If a merchant fails to provide the good/service during the validity period of a voucher, we will investigate why the merchant was unable to provide the good/service. In most instances we will try to ensure that the good/service is provided. However If a sufficient alternative cannot be found then a refund will be provided.
c) The goods or services provided by the Merchant are not as advertised. – If we find that there has been a significant departure from the good/service advertised in the offer, then we will provide a refund.

However, failure to utilize the voucher’s service prior to the expiry date will not entitle to refund. If refund is granted, the refund amount if less then RM100 will be credited to your Yaloa account for future purchase. If you prefer to have the refunded amount deposited to your bank, you agreed to absorb any additional fee that may be imposed by payment providers and a 5% administrative fee.
